This is more a review of their software and b2b experience.They do a few things right, like make it easy to send print marketing.However, the cons outweighs the pros:Customer service is responsive, yet unable to problem solve. The biggest issue that I was experiencing was with print marketing. EVERYTHING that I was receiving (also being sent to my clients/prospects) was smudged. When I called and asked for it to be corrected, they did not make any attempt to reconcile the situation.Softer platform itself is slow, and very clunky.I did get used to using it after a while, but have had experiences with other platforms that are much further above ML’s abilities.I want to...read full review
