She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She went at my pace and walked me through every step. She was patient and answered all of my questions, and overall, she made the experience fun. My hair is typically very flat and pin straight, but Uni was able to give it so much texture and volume just after the initial cut. My perm came out super well and I feel very confident!
