We have been bringing our dog to Loyal Family Vet for years. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely listen to your concerns. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here for their care.
I switched to Loyal Family Vet from Banfield when my dog, Nemo, got really sick and Banfield showed no urgency in diagnosing and treating my dog. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with the compassion, professionalism and empathy shown by the staff at Loyal Family Vet, especially from Dr Newby. Everyone was so great from the very beginning. I only wished we would have started out with them instead of Banfield. While it was not the conclusion I had hoped for (my dog passed away from cancer), they did everything they could to help us, making sure we understood potential diagnoses, management options, and following up with us frequently. Dr. Hirota is great, attentive and compassionate. We were seen on an urgent basis and Dr. helped us to exclude some scary reasons for my kitty's sudden painful drooling. The cat is doing much better now, he is eating fine and has no more drooling ?
