Simon is the best deep tissue massage therapist!I get monthly massage from him in the last a few years(Other massage therapists are also very talented in the spa, depends on your needs.), Simon helps me stay healthy both in body and mind. He is very professional, knowledgeable and observative, he can easily find areas that need more attention in my body without me telling him.The massage room is clean, quiet, music is very calm and gentle. It is a place that reminds me to slow down and take deep breath. I definitely feel more relaxed after the massage.Highly recommend 60 mins deep tissue plus 30 mins hot stone combined.

It's very simple. Ask for Simon. As a former sports masseuse and pro, he knows exactly how to help you recover and work through the kinks. It's one of the best self-care things you can do. He's the BEST!

The Life Time Spa as blown me away! They are so professional, clean, accommodating and friendly. I didn’t realize the importance of facials as a guy lol until I tried one with Claudia. ?? She is amazing and really knows her stuff. She is helping me develop a skin care routine. ???
