Just joined and this is my new favorite place! Shocked to see so many negative folks in these reviews… Luxury is all relative and I guess I’ve never seen the other Lifetimes across the country — seems like a lot of visitors are bagging on this location. However, for me, I’m a local and comparing this gym to other luxury fitness clubs in SEA/BVUE I’ve been a member of. I’ve been in search of an elevated gym experience that makes me feel like I’m paying for the cleanliness and the premium equipment — this gym is just that. I have been training with Anastasia for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She has a profound understanding of the human body and has taught me how to deal with mine effectively. From handling weights to developing a personalized workout routine, Anastasia's guidance has been invaluable. Her approach is both professional and encouraging, making each session both challenging and enjoyable. Thanks to her expertise, I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier than ever before. Highly recommend her as a person trainer to anyone looking to transform their fitness journey and looking to understand how to workout generally for life ☺️❤️

Overpriced. Lack a large gym. Its small. Amenities don't really distinguish itself from other gyms. Lack a trial. I ended up switching to 425 Fitness half the price and its larger and multiple locations. On top of that I actually think I get better amenities. If you want to be apart of the group who spend 250 a month. If you want that kind of exclusivity at a cost of everything else. Then this gym is for you. Otherwise this gym is like buying a fake birkin for the same price as a real one.
