I'm updating my review to state that I still go to Alex and I still get compliments on my lashes from random people - at purchasing counters, etc. Mostly from women who have already gotten lash extensions in the past who want another set, I'm guessing. It is a commitment and I'm not the best at upkeep. However, it totally saves time on makeup for me because I am usually in a rush in the mornings.

I had been putting off making an appointment to get my lash fill from my regular place, and when they didn't have availability, I contacted Alex since she had good reviews and was nearby my house. On our first phone call, I could tell that Alex was very accommodating, professional, and patient. She squeezed me into a busy Saturday. After meeting her in person, I LOVED HER! I loved the work she did on my lashes - she has about 10 years of experience, is knowledgeable, and offers great and honest suggestions. I think my favorite part was just talking to her!! Alex is the queen of lashes. I came to her after giving my lashes a break. I had been getting extensions done for about a year or so, but I was having to go more and more frequently due to how many lashes I ended up losing. Needless to say, a break was necessary. After quite a few months, I felt comfortable enough trying again, but this time, I knew I needed to find someone outstanding. And I did find her. Alex taught me so much about my lashes and even skin care! My lashes are still healthy thanks to her and I don't have to get fills weekly anymore! I can actually go 3 weeks in between now.
