I've been going here the past year to get laser tattoo removal. The results have been really good so far and my tattoo is significantly faded. I never got any blisters or any of the adverse effects associated with laser removal, and my technicians were happy to give me more ice to numb my skin when I wanted it. The staff at the Bellevue location have been very friendly, helpful and courteous on each of my visits. Thanks guys!

Long time customer for laser, facials and Botox. I’ve had all positive experiences except for two instances. The later being the most disappointing.I have RBF and get botox regularly to help remedy this. During my last appointment, I told the dr that I wanted to do something about my upside down smile. I was told botox on the chin would fix this and with that recommendation, I decided I wanted it fixed. I’ve been getting Botox since I was 20 and have never had any issues, until this appointment.By the next week, I notice my chin is constantly scrunching up like pruning. I gave it 2 weeks to settle. I had such a good experience. The treatments felt catered to my specific goals and the staff were welcoming and professional. Jennifer J was very specific and thoughtful with injection placements and my treatment overall. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Will be back
