I needed a couple car fobs programmed for my truck. They showed up promptly and attempted to program the fobs with the handheld computer, but had no luck. They couldn't communicate with my vehicle, it's older so I figured it was something wrong with my truck. We parted ways, no charge. About five minutes later they called me back and wanted to try again; he used a different method and was able to get them to work. Thanks again, it was well worth my $95... which was what they quoted. No upcharge funny business.In summation, I would recommend Key2Safe Locksmith if you're in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

Jason was courteous over the phone, arrived quickly with tools in tow and went straight to work. In no time, lock was popped off and I was good to to go.Fair prices and he left a clean work area. Highly recommend him!

Jason (I presume the owner) replaced a front door deadbolt on my residence March 1, 2023. He was prompt in providing an initial bid (responding in less than an hour to my inquiry). He stuck to his initial price even when the work became more extensive than he and I had initially agreed to. I had initially requested a dead bolt repair but then decided subsequently to replace the existing unit. His price seemed eminently fair - if anything lower than I had expected. The work was excellent. His demeanor was professional. I would rehire him in an instant if I needed any other lock work done on my property.
