I'm great at using Yelp to find what I need but am terrible about writing reviews myself. I just found this one sitting in drafts for who knows how long. I've been going to Joanne for I think close to 15 years now and have literally followed her wherever she goes. From the first time I met Joanne, she immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped me where I wasn't sure or had questions. 15 years later, nothing has changed. She's taken me light, dark, copper, golden, layered, blunt and everything in between and every time she listens to what I'm thinking, makes a plan with me, and sends me home with exactly what I was hoping...read full review

She is the best! Attention to detail. I am someone who is really particular and wants specific things done to my hair. I don't talk the 'hair' language and she gets me and what I am explaining. For example, I cannot stand any red or orange in my highlights / lowlights. She can get it done without looking at me like I have no clue what I am talking about. Once you are fortunate to get in with her, there is no one else that can replace her. I have known her over 10+ years and she has now become a great friend of my family.

Joanne is such a sweet heart and fun to talk to! Before going to her, my hair was dry and brittle. She helped me recover by recommending treatments and beauty supplies. What I love about her is she understands what a customer needs and executes. She doesn’t try to sale you on extra stuff. She just tells it like it is. Love it
