My car would not start, even after jumping and everything. AAA sent their roadside assistance to come take a look but they weren't able to start it either. After struggling all day with towing companies that did not show up or could not due to a clearance issue, Ibsen came (via my CC's roadside assistance this time) and he fixed the issue and I didn't end up needing to get it towed.

I was pulled over and after everything I was told I just got my car to a safe stop as quick as possible so when I found out I was going to jail (long story) the cops asked me if I wanted my car towed. After discussing options with them i agreed to have it towed and the cops called Ibsen. Once i was released Ibsen responded quickly to my questions and helped me get my car out of impound and offered several options to work with me on the amount. I am very impressed with their professionalism. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because of the very high price to get my car out but in all reality that's not really in the guys control that helped me. The staff is very attentive and nice. They do their best to accommodate costumers. I had the pleasure of communicating with Diana. She answered all of my questions and helped me move my motorcycle. :)
