Love Charlene!! I am new to Bellevue and was looking for a local place to pick up my Dermalogica supplies. I found Charlene and she has been SOO helpful! Very accommodating with my work schedule, gives me good skin care tips and suggests helpful products--and this is just from picking up product from her! I can only imagine how great she would be for a facial. Her spa is a little hard to find the first time; it's in a business park sort of set back from NE 20th street. Definitely worth the hunt, she is someone I hope to business with for a long time in the future.

I love love love Charlene. I found her through Living Social. Since my initial microdermabrasion appt with her last year, I've been back for 4 more. She is worth the drive from Seattle! Simply put, my BROTHER noticed that my skin looked smoother & clearer. He does not notice anything or dole out compliments regularly. THAT says something for sure. My doctor noticed too & tried to take credit, but it's all Charlene's magic hands. Her studio space is a little tricky to find, but parking is a breeze. The studio itself is very relaxing & has a calming vibe. I fell asleep at my last appt! Amazing...

Charlene is fabulous. My skin has never looked better after a couple facials with her. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I found this spa from a LivingSocial deal, however she did not treat me like a typical "coupon" customer and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this spa.
