I was so scared to change hairdressers and today i saw Paige at the Bellevue location for the first time. She was absolutely incredible!! She knows what styles would look best on you, listen to what you tell her you are looking for, and addresses your hair in the way that is needed most. Im so happy i found my new hairdresser! 10/10 recommend.
Staff was welcoming, scheduling was easy, facility was clean, parking was validated. What more can we ask for!
If I could give Kristi M 10 stars I would. My hair is painfully thin. I alway hope for more volume with a hair style but I know what I have, just ask them to do the best they can. Her best is Aaamazing. She asked my preference on length , frame, layers. I didn't want to go too short, the rest I left up to her. She *got me*!!!. She told me kerastase treatment is the way to go because it can be customized and I will see the results immediately. She was NOT lying. My hair has that luxurious shine even a week later. Great customer service at the front desk, staff was very accommodating! I was stuck in traffic due to a car accident and arrived 19 mins later than my hair color apt time, but I did call to give heads up. Since my stylist was back to back she could no longer see me to take her next apt on time. Receptionist made me a promise to reschedule with someone else the next day and honor the price in case of price difference, which she did! In return, since I was already at the salon, Ive decided to get a facial instead, drank a glass of complimentary wine that was offered by the lovely receptionist and the next day came back for my hair color. ?
