My home loan was purchased by Metlife some years ago. Worst customer experience in the world. My loan officer gives me lousy answers, and sometimes won't respond to email or calls for weeks, if at all. I recently disputed a late charge (I've never been late on a payment) because they returned my entire check because the escrow went up but they didn't notify me. Turns out they were mailing my statements to the wrong address for years. I simply thought I was on electronic notification. Their customer service form only lets you write 350 characters.
