I had came across Dr.Kara website when searching for infrared blue light therapy for pain injury. I was in a car auto accident and went to a different Chiropractor who didn't use infrared blue light therapy. My first appointment with her, I was so impressed with her. I immediately switched over to her for chiropractic adjustment care and infrared blue light therapy. For years and years I've had a stiff neck. I've seen chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, naturopaths, massage therapists. I've done Pilates. I've done so much Pilates that I became a Stott certified Pilates instructor. You name it, I've tried it. I actually found Dr. Kara through Pilates. We highly recommend going to Dr. Kara for joint/soft tissue healing. My teenage son went to see Dr. Kara in Jan this year for a strained tendon on his foot that had been bothering him for months. He had previously tried physical therapy, ice, a brace and rest but the pain did not get better. We heard about Dr. Kara using infrared light therapy to treat inflammation and decided to try it. She also uses the Graston technique to help break up the scar tissue.
