These guys are absolutely amazing. Anytime I have a client that needs a live roof/ green roof system I call Element Smart Roofing. Damon is ver knowledgeable about the live roof systems and always delivers the most beautiful plants for these systems. I highly recommend this company for any flat roof systems and especially live roofs. They stand behind their work and actually back up the warranty on their roofing systems. Look no further, these guys are the best in the business.

I highly recommend this company. My previous roof contractors ran away in the middle of roofing work when they broke off the fire sprinkler pipe and left with all the water damage. While other roofing companies were refusing to pick up other companies' work, Damon, the owner of Element Smart Roofing, assessed the situation, picked up all the slacks, and redid the roofing for me at a reasonable price. I am thankful for what he has done for me. His work is remarkable. I can finally feel secure for this winter rainy season. So far, so good.

When heavy snow and ice caused 5 panels to slide off my steep metal roof I called Damon and he was here the next morning. No other roofing company was interested in responding so fast. It took a few days to secure replacement panels and as soon as they had them they started the repair the very next day. Damon understood the urgency of the situation, i.e. more rain or snow, water damage, and the very real risk of bad weather delaying the repair. His workers, Jose and Mauricio, were very nice and work very hard and very safely. As with many repairs, there are surprises.
