They are very professional, reasonably priced, highly flexible to adapt to our requirements. Pet odor/hair, human hair, stains, were all taken care of. No amount of even daily vacuuming takes care of these things. The fact that it is safe for pets and humans is very comforting. There is no wetness to deal with, one can walk around on the clean carpet after an hour. Whether it was an employee or the owner, they always delivered their best.

Dry Connection did a fantastic job cleaning my area rugs. I hadn’t deep cleaned my rugs in 3 years, and they were looking rough (I have 2 small children who are great at tracking in dirt from outside and dropping food).
