My husband and I have been visiting LensCrafters Bellevue for our eye-related requirements, mainly due to the exceptional services provided by Dr. Yeh, who is an excellent optometrist. Dr. Yeh displays remarkable patience, addresses all of our questions while thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of the various contact lenses. He gives us ample time to try out new lenses up until we are thoroughly satisfied. Moreover, their customer service is truly outstanding. Notably, Hafiz goes above and beyond to assist you in a professional and efficient manner. He attentively listens to all your needs and demonstrates an impressive level of knowledge, ensuring your comfort throughout the process. Highly recommend them!!

Came here for an eye exam.Thanks for Dr. Anderson's advice on taking care of dry eyes. I do feel much better after following the instructions.Thanks for the optician/manager on last Saturday helping me figuring out my insurance. Even though my insurance was not covering the exam, and I was paying out of pocket, he made everything clear.Thanks for this team's work, worth the visit and you deserve more than 3 stars on Yelp
