We are very satisfied with Mike’s work. He protected our wooden doors before started working. He wasn’t in a hurry to finish the job instead he tried to get all stains off because we ordered just steam cleaning with no chemicals.
All carpet and rug looks like a new.

First time using Crystal Carpet Cleaning and had great experience with both Chad (who answered the phone and worked on the scheduling) and John who did exceptional job cleaning our carpet. John also went out his way to help me check out a pipe leakage problem and kindly lent us his fans to dry out the soaked padding/carpet due to the leaking pipe. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for future carpet cleaning jobs.
These guys are professional and quick to come out if needed. The employees are kind and explain costs and services well. They are the first business I think of when needing carpet or furniture cleaned.
