The friendly staff were helpful and thorough as they checked up my cat today. They listened closely to the concerns and behaviors I’d noticed, were cheerful and calming to disarm any nervousness, and were very detailed in explaining his health to me. I came in for a regular cat check-up and definitely recommend you do too if your pet needs one.
As a chicken parent, I cannot describe how happy I am with Dr. Bruce and his team. We went to another vet before, but unfortunately, they couldn't save my chicken who had cancer. I understand that it was not curable, but it was heartbreaking to see our pet suffer from pain. Unfortunately, her fellow chicken got cancer as well, but this time we went to Dr. Bruce's office, and his medicine helped a lot!
Dr. Jen is an angel. We take our two dogs and one kitty here. They are always treated so kindly which is especially important to us because one of our dogs gets so nervous at the vet from past experiences, but Dr. Jen is so patient and understanding, and so so so knowledgable. They do a great job addressing concerns and really do care about the animal's well being. We even had to say goodbye to one of furry best friends here and I will never forget their support and compassion through the process. Don't bother looking anywhere else.
