I was warmly greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk, and then Dr. Card took the time to listen carefully to what was going on with me. Dr. Tsai also treated me, and together, they made me feel like a valued patient, not just another client. It was clear they genuinely care about their patients, not just the charges. I also really appreciated the support of Jack, the quiet and well-behaved service dog. Concentra Bellevue is an excellent clinic with a welcoming and helpful staff. The physical therapist is highly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to care for patients. I visit Concentra a few days a week as an interpreter and am always impressed by Jack, the service dog. He was a wonderful addition to the clinic, bringing joy to patients and making them eager to return for their next appointment. His presence provides genuine comfort. Love to see you back Jack!

Hello, I have been an interpreted at Concentra of Bellevue several years and since Jack the dog has been coming to Concentra my clients haven’t had any issues nor I. Jack serves a necessary purpose for therapist and is very well behaved and trained.
Jack does not bother anyone and keeps to himself always. In a society where even the most natural expression as a barking seems to throw some folks off just like some of us are soft spoken others sound like hyenas, literally! Making a legal or health issue out of Jack specially the kind presented against therapist or Concentra is an unjustifiable one.
