To anyone reading the reviews from the other clinic-it's the same clinic.
Woe is you who cannot find anywhere else to go.
Assume communication will not be in their best interests.
They want to do the least amount of work for your trouble, it seems.
So disappointed in their lack of thoroughness for your behalf..beware.

It's a LACK of services and responses that's the problem. The e-mail billing isn't working for me and I can't get through by phone. I need my bill sent by mail (USPS) and I need a call back at my phone number on file. Your non-response and Klara systems take too much time for patients and are in many ways disrespectful of a patient's own time.

Dr. Jain is wonderful as was Dr. Welch before him. However, the clinic is dysfunctional. There is no ability to speak to someone on the phone. Instead you have to message asynchronously with staff who often don't even respond, and when they do they usually don't adequately address the thing you need. It's been almost impossible to schedule visits, get refills, and get answers to simple questions. After months of frustration, I'll be going elsewhere.
