Carolyn Olson, Bankers Life Agent

I've been dealing with Bankers Life for a long term care insurance claim for my father since July without a resolution. Their claims department is impossible to get a straight answer from and it is very difficult to get a hold of the person who is supposed to be coordinating the claim. The online portal is not functional. This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had dealing with a customer-facing business and I would not recommend them to anyone.
