Tory is fantastic. I contacted her because I was a pretty inactive WFH employee and needed to get up and do something. She was very patient with me as a beginner, and months later we are getting pretty advanced! The results are certainly noticable. Not only do I see more muscle definition in the mirror, I just feel more sturdy and fit in day-to-day activities. Highly recommended!
Due to the nature of my job, I always have pain on the back of neck and shoulder. After taking pilates classes over a months, my body got much better. As an instructor, Tory is friendly and responsible as she make sure to check my body condition every time I come in and focus on what I need. Their schedule is very flexible, too!
Like so many women, I’ve always struggled with exercising consistently. Mostly I think this is because working out has always felt like a chore - something I should do, but not something I really want to do. Bodyvera Fitness is in the same building as my work, so it seemed like a good opportunity to try out pilates and see how I liked it, and how effective it was.
