Recommended to my coworkers already! I was able to get in same day by sheer luck and from start to finish they were so helpful, kind, patient, and thorough. Very professional team and impressive selection of eyewear with no insurance surprises. I personally appreciated how they broke down costs and options within my plan to ensure I was happy with what I had selected.
Have been coming to Bella Vision since their Factoria days. Staff is great — always friendly and patient. They don’t rush you even if there are many people to help.Dr Choe is super knowledgeable, though I’ve seen some of the other optometrists over the years and had a positive experience with all of them.
Bella Vision makes the process quick + easy! Dr. Antymis is wonderful; he addresses any concerns and fully explains the examinations. The customer service is not the most welcoming/friendly— they are professional and knowledgeable.
