About Animal Hospital of Factoria
Animal Hospital of Factoria (AHOF) is an independent, privately owned, full-service small animal hospital located in a modern yet warm setting that was originally a private residence. The building has been completely retrofitted and equipped to become a state-of-the-art veterinary facility. AHOF provides a full spectrum of veterinary services and treats medical, dental, and surgical cases. The team strives to deliver the best possible care using cutting-edge veterinary technology in a warm and personal environment. Clients express their trust in the doctors and staff, who are described as professional and caring. The hospital is praised for its high-quality service, with patients always leaving happy and well-cared-for. The staff has always been so kind and caring to the pets, providing all necessary information along with options. Despite the challenges of vet staffing, AHOF maintains a consistent front office team, which clients appreciate. The hospital has been caring for some patients for nearly a decade, with the animals eagerly anticipating their visits. AHOF has shown its dedication by assisting clients in emergency situations, such as providing prompt and lifesaving treatment to a Ukrainian family's cat after a stressful journey to the United States. Recently, a client shared their experience of how refreshing it was to speak with a vet technician directly, noting the incredibly nice staff who worked with them for a late appointment. They mentioned that the veterinarian stayed late to ensure their elderly cat had a peaceful end.
Our two senior dogs love Dr. Coil! We used to see her elsewhere and when she switched clinics we had to follow her. AHOF has excellent vibes, super professional care, friendly staff, clean facility and cute touches like a sandwich board with the days 'guests'.
As always, great experience and great doctors and staff. Annual check-up, blood and fecal tests, conversation with doctor about our dog's overall health. Doctor was also nice enough to clean-up/treat his ear infection for minimal cost. I have been going there for over 15 years and they always do an amazing job and all the staff is so caring. Should also mention our dog is a Great Pyrenees mix and weighs 120 pounds and they do a great handling large dogs.
Our cat broke his jaw and we could not afford the surgery that was suggested so the doctors came up with a cheaper solution. They went above and beyond to help our cat. Dr. Androski actually came in on her day off to do the surgery. We have been very impressed with all the staff.
