I received a Groupon from a family member for a microdermabrasion from American Laser Skincare and never got to use it. After calling all last week and this week with no answer I started reading more of the reviews for this business. I have come to the conclusion that the "no answer" telephone etiquette is a norm and the business does not update their holiday hours accordingly. I received a call back finally today and tried to call back however again I received no answer to my call. After experiencing this I asked my family member if they could trade in my Groupon. Tiara is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to put a plan together for my skin. She has a great energy, awesome personality, and very knowledgeable. The entire staff is always friendly and polite. I LOVE THEM!

I scheduled a consultation for various services: facials, peels, botox, fillers etc. I met w/ the Dr. who quickly assessed me: giving me a mirror and pointing out all of my flaws. Tore down all of the surrounding competitors: they "dilute" they're not "experienced" enough.... And proceeded to quote me $6500 for a bargain special of: filler, botox and Sculptra. Gulp. I told her I was coming for potential specials (this is a training school, btw) and explained I was not wanting to spend that much: I was then told I needed: 50 units of botox ($15/unit) 3 syringes of juviderm (or a similar brand) ($950 per syringe): around $3300.
