I highly recommend Airrosti Bellevue for physical therapy. Dr. Deters was very attentive, and I always felt heard and supported. She was incredibly proactive and thorough, doing everything possible to identify my condition and ensure I received the right diagnosis. My pain consistently improved after sessions with her and Christian. They worked with me on exercises that have helped immensely, and I am now better equipped to prevent, manage, and alleviate my muscle pain. Airrosti would be my first choice if I needed physical therapy again.

Had at excellent experience at Airrosti Bellevue. Dr. Deters was fantastic - identified the underlying causes, provided targeted treatment (not just your typical rack and crack chiro) and provided great at home rehab programming. Highly recommend.

My neck and shoulder were so tight that it hurt to get in and out of bed and I could hardly move my head. Dr. Deters found the knots in my muscles and released them one by one. That allowed me to start physical therapy from a functional place that I could progress from. After I recovered Dr. Deters drew from her knowledge and experience to advise me on how to stay healthy and also how to respond quickly to prevent the next strain from freezing my ability to move.
