For over ten years, I've trusted A Plus and recommended them to many friends. They can remote into your computer, come to your home, or work on your computer in their store. They're expert at troubleshooting and repair, honest, down to earth, good listeners, respectful and affordable. This week Shaun was my hero! Can't give them a high enough rating.

We had a near-catastrophic issue with our server recently and A Plus Computer Tech did a super job restoring everything. Shawn is extremely responsive and very adept at his job. Highly, highly recommended!

Polite, punctual, caring, and informative. This experience was a dreaded one because I had dropped a business laptop. They were very prompt with taking my laptop in for diagnosis before the holiday and had followed up with me on the repair status. They didn't end up fixing the laptop as it had been damaged out beyond its total value but they didn't charge me for any of their time and materials for diagnosing it.Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience. They made it streamline and frictionless during the entire process.
