Not reputable, seems like a SCAM.
“Plumber” came out to look at an issue we were having, it was clear that he had no idea what was going on. He wandered around for 30 minutes with no answers (or questions, he wasn’t really looking to diagnose the issue, just wandering and wasting time, I have him on camera walking slowwwwwly back and forth from one side of our property to the other, back and forth). He then says “oh, I forgot to go over pricing— since it’s been 30 minutes now we’re at $300, and if you want me for an extra 30 then it’ll go up to $427”. $300 to wander around aimlessly?! Without any consent of that payment for services from our end?

After scheduling, and checking in twice (over a 6 hour period) they cancelled and tried to reschedule for 3 days later! Not OK!Needed to find a last minute septic pumping at 8:30pm. NOT OK!! Wish they would've stayed in contact with me (instead of me having to check in with them).A+ Services was way better!! They kept their word and now have my loyalty. Glad for them since I will be needing lots of repairs and upgrades. I would recommend calling them and not wasting your time with Flowhawk.
