James is top notch. He knows his stuff and did great work. We had an emergency situation and he was able to help within hours. Will use James for all plumbing and repair needs. Thank you!!
I had a few plumbing issues that needed resolving, the largest being the drain pipe for the washer kept backing up and flooding the laundry room. James quickly figured out the problem and fixed the problem pronto! He also checked for a leak around my hot water tank and since the floor was dry he advised me on what would cause an intermittent leak. He was professional and courteous.
Not only did he help fix the issue, James taught us so much about how it worked and gave us multiple options to solve our issues. Incredibly polite and maintained proper Personal Protective Equipment and mask the entire time. Would highly recommend!
