I am beyond thankful to have been referred to Robert Seth. I had been struggling to find someone who had the knowledge to handle my return as I am a self-employed real estate agent. Bob's first comments when he looked at our return from last year was, "why are you not incorporated". I had said I don't know, there seems to be a lot of misinformation pertaining to the subject and another CPA said since I am a sole proprietor, it wasn't necessary.

We'll I learned from Bob that it is indeed necessary and my lack of knowledge caused me to over pay thousands of dollars toward SS taxes. He completed our taxes, savings us thousands of dollars and went on to set up my corporation. I couldn't be more thrilled and am beyond thankful for the introduction to Bob. He is so knowledgeable and during our visits he had the time to explain things in detail.
