The front desk ladies always treat my wife like she's an annoyance when she brings our dog in. Their level of customer service is pathetic and unprofessional. I don't have an issue with the vets there. But their staff are rude, condescending and arrogant and make the experience unpleasant every time she takes our dog in for check ups.

I feel like my many dogs have gotten great care from the vets and staff, starting with my pregnant bitch. Now all my dogs have gotten great care and I'm very happy to travel a little out of my way to go there.

I've been taking my pets to Alder Creek since I was a little girl. Now 20+ years later, I've moved into Vancouver and still make the long drive in because I know I'll get the best level of care there. The doctors always try to find ways to save me money. They've squeezed us in countless times for emergencies. Everyone is great but special shout outs to Dr Haggerty and Dr Miller!
