“I just purchased a house this year in Vancouver and had been watching large patches of leaves begin to brown and die on the large maple in front. I reached out to Roscoe Bros and Eveline replied back to me asking about my needs. She asked Andrew to come and check on the tree when he had the time, but the news was dire once he did: the maple was stricken with verticillium wilt which comes from the soil and can linger there for years. It's almost always terminal also so she recommended removing the tree and grinding the stump. They're a pretty busy team from what I can tell so I've learned that dealing with large flora happens over time so be patient (I told myself). Luckily, they had a time window coming up soon and before I knew it, my lawn contained a stump. Really sad to see that tree go and to know the maple I've always dreamed of growing will likely never happen unless I move. They subcontracted a third party come check utilities and remove the stump if you choose to do so. Krieger's reached out within a few days and before I could blink the stump was just chips. (Yes, all this can happen unsupervised if you're okay with it.) Billing gets rolled into one payment which is so much better for my record keeping. It was under $900 which is reasonable considering how large the tree was. Professional all the way down. They can even pick out a tree for you and deliver / plant it, but I was able to find one that was almost mature from Big Trees Now in Hillsboro so I went that way. I would use Roscoe Bros again in a heartbeat if I had more than just this one tree!“

“I hired K and I to trim 4 trees on my small property, these trees have been neglected for years and Issac was able to trim them to a beautiful and healthy shape. Issac has great communication and the work he and his team did was fantastic. They cleaned all leaves and debris once work was completed. I will be hiring them again for my next services for sure.“

“It has been a little under a year since Sam and his wonderful team worked on my yard. I waited to write this review to make sure everything settled well. I’m happy to report back that the plants, draining, and hardscape all held together wonderfully. After the yard settled, I emailed and they came back right away to take care of a couple issues.When I first met Sam, his can-do personality sold me. I had another bid for less work and less money but the other company didn’t understand my vision. Sam worked with me to get my vision on paper.With every project, there are hiccups. The renderings took longer than quoted and the project went over but, at the end of the day, Sam over-delivered and that’s what I remember. The yard looks better than expected.Lazaro, our hardscape specialist, was so meticulous and even now it brings a smile to my face remembering how he put everything together, brick by brick. It still amazes me how these guys do it. They were also an absolute pleasure to have around.Sam spent his birthday weekend hanging out to make sure everything was done.
