After dealing with Jacob for awhile I have grown confident with him.
We have had several problem over the last 7-8 months and Hendrickson has had to come out but eventually have seem to fix the issues that have been going on.
Brandon did the cleaning that his company's larger competitor couldn't take the time for and we feel may have saved us from a much larger bill. Highly recommend Brandon for HVAC service.
This is a first rate company. Very friendly and helpful staff when you call them and outstanding service technician. We have a Geothermal system that stopped working while running the AC this summer. Jacob came over and was quickly able to diagnose and determine the best way to fix. Thank you Hendrickson and Jacob!!
