They verified my insurance coverage for services for me. My exam was very thorough and all the staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready for pickup quickly. I would highly recommend.

Staff is always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. One of my eyes correction has changed quite a bit since my visit last year. Because of this rapid change it was determined that using new data would probably correct my vision for only a short time, so instead of new glasses the Doctor wants to look at what is going on with my sight. I feel that my long term vision was the primary concern of the Doctor. I like that, and totally trust the staff at First Sight.

First visit to this practice today for eye exam, glasses prescription update, and assessment of dry irritated eyes. It is a rarity to find healthcare providers whose support staff are focused on customer experience and service and so it is refreshing to find one that gets it. Kudos to today's receptionist and optical manager for great customer focus as well as Jason Egbert, OD and his optician tech for their careful, thorough, and professional assessment and treatment plan.
