ABA was very easy to work with. They contacted me prior to our appointment, the morning of and informed me approximately 20 minutes before they showed up. I also appreciated the 3 hour window of their arrival, and that they showed up within the first hour of our 11-1pm window. David and his crew member were very thorough, shared useful information, did not try to up-sell us on anything and said that my duct system looked really good. We plan on using ABA services to re-cover and seal the crawl space under our house, of which they gave us a very reasonable quote. If you need to have your ducts cleaned, do it now. On the recommendation of a friend who had used ABA, I had them come for an initial visit for dryer vent and duct cleaning, which hadn't been done in the 20 years I've lived here. They were on time and very friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that the furnace was also checked as well as the crawl space. Unfortunately, extensive damage with fallen ducts, water leakage, and evidence of rats coming in and out was found in the crawl space so an upcoming all-day visit was planned. Everything was just easy and smooth. I had them come and clean my vents...they found a few issues with my dryer vent. They provided a detailed estimate and they came back a few days later and completed the job.
