“As our previous window cleaning service had left the state, I searched Google maps for potential new contractors from which to take quotes. Justin's quote made my decision a no-brainer. Compared to the other quotes I'd received, it was more than competitive and covered more services, too.

We have our windows cleaned every spring, and I have always power washed our sizeable deck myself. But that takes me 2-3 days at my age, and time was tight due to upcoming guests on the calendar, so I hired Justin to do that job as well, and his method was far superior, took only about 2 hours, and was much safer in protecting our 1-year-old new Trex deck. He also included power washing all the powder coated aluminum railing and glass infill.

We also had not had our siding washed in the 15 years we've owned the house, so several areas higher up on the 2nd floor had become beyond grungy, and we agreed it was time for a full house washing. Justin and his assistant gave everything a very thorough cleaning, including all the exterior gutters, eaves, anything that had accumulated dirt over the years.

We also had him power wash our lower driveway and walkway, and even clean the moss off of our aluminum deck furniture. Everything looks absolutely great! Best of all was Justin's professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction througout the day. I also hired him to repair several spots on our gutters that were leaking, but that wasn't possible that day due to rain. Has to be dry for the sealant to adhere to the metal, so he'll be back soon to complete that task.

Always happy to find a contractor here in Kitsap with integrity who is also quality minded. Even better when the cost is reasonable and affordable. There's a reason Justin's schedule is mostly full, and it's because he's built a solid reputation for his company amidst a sea of also-rans. We already had our gutters cleaned, but I'll be contacting Finishing Touch Services when next we require that to get a quote on that project, too!

“When it was time to replace our roof, I got estimates from 3 companies and my interactions with Elliot at Oasis Construction were always positive. He was able to coordinate an initial visit within a day and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We had a lot of back and forth to go over the details of the estimate/contract, but that was all on me. I had lots of questions and Elliot was always so patient and I never had to wait long for a response. I was also getting other quotes using different roofing materials from Owens Corning and he agreed to redo his estimate using those same materials so that I could do an apples to apples comparison.Once we had sorted out the details, and I was looking at 3 different estimates, Elliot's cost was the lowest of the three. He was also willing to provide a payment plan that allowed us to extend our payments out 2 months. All of this added up to what felt like a great working relationship.We coordinated a start date, but adjusted because of the weather, and when the crew showed up to begin work, they were extremely kind and respectful. The work took a little longer than expected, in part because our roof has a lot of different, adjoining angles and overhangs, but also because there were 2 guys on the crew. A neighbor recently had their roof done and there was a crew of 8 people who got the job done in 2 days. With 2 guys, it took 6 full days of work. We didn't mind that it took a few days, especially with how wonderful everything looks, now that the work is done. They did an amazing job, and even patched up some holes that squirrels had made in the soffits. The team was always kind and when I checked in with them, they always provided an update on how things were going.I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Oasis Construction for your roofing needs in West Seattle. “Robert (owner) was friendly, prompt and responsive to our questions. He cleaned the metal roof and gutters. The gutters were heavily matted with pine needles and really need a good cleaning. We believe he did a thorough job, plus he cleaned all the fallen debris from the yard. He used a ladder stand-off stabilizer so the ladder was never resting on our gutters. We highly recommend this company.“

“We inherited a large 40 year old commercial building in need of some major repairs. In 2021 the roof needed to be re-screwed and after calling several companies, Variety was very responsive and helpful, so we went with them. They came out quickly and did a great job on site. I was so happy with them, I didn't hesitate to call again in 2023 when we had some large vent stacks that needed major work. Just as happy with them the second time. After 4 years of hiring contractors to do repairs on this building, I think these folks are my favorite.“

“Due to some builder errors, our 30-year roof did not last 30 years. Upon returning from a trip, we noticed an area of the roof with a large indentation. Although we had no leakage in the house, we were concerned and contacted Eric to come out and look. Unfortunately, we had dry rot underneath the roofing material. Since we did not know what might be going on elsewhere, we decided to have the entire roof replaced. We got multiple bids and the bid from Retrofit Construction was very competitive. They were also able to complete the project much sooner than anyone else we had out. Eric knew we were concerned about a roof failure due to our vaulted ceilings and only insulation and drywall between us and the rain. He was able to get us on his re-roof schedule within 10 days of getting us his bid. A crew of 10 very hard workers from Retrofit Construction showed up to do the job on a Monday morning and the new roof was completed by late afternoon. His crew worked very well together, and they did an outstanding job. The roof looks great, and the crew did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. We had a minor issue with one of our vents that we noticed after the work was complete. Eric was out first thing the next morning to address and fix the issue. We recommend Retrofit Construction for any of your roofing needs.“

“Outstanding service and a very friendly experience! I only needed a couple of roof vents installed for the sale of my house as a requested repair, but it was last second and needed it done quick. I called Jon at J&B Roofing and he said he could get it taken care of no problem. Despite a snow storm hitting the night before he was supposed to be out and the job getting pushed a couple days, he kept in contact and was able to come out with snow still on the roof and get the job done quickly and in good quality.
