“Well i had a couple of numbers that were a little elevated being type two diabetic and all, so my dr suggested that I go see Kitsap Gastro and liver clinic. I walked into the office and my dr saw me within the first 5 mins. We discussed some possibilities and take a closer look of what might be going on. Did a blood draw and test, wow this nurse was good! Never felt the needle go in, best blood draw I have ever had!
I was told to eliminate some items I was taking that she thought could be the culprit of some of my elevated numbers. So the next day I get my blood results. Super quick mind you. I’m 70 yrs old now and 95%of my counts were in the normal. So now waiting for the office to set up another appointment for the next step. Very happy with the both the dr and the nurse.“
“We enjoy going to Kitsap Kids Dentistry. My kiddo is the happiest when he is headed to Dr. Banks! All the staff is caring, fun and makes going to the dentist an enjoyable moment.“
“Denise is absolutely incredible! I couldn’t have asked for someone better for this experience! She always makes sure I’m feeling good and to talk me through everything throughly! I appreciate her and her kindness so much!“
“I am a transgender woman, so there are some extra things I look for in healthcare. After my first visit, which was 2 hours, I felt like I had made a new friend, a doctor friend who cares about my health and listens to my concerns. Dr. Johnson is very kind and personable and treated me with utmost respect. She is still learning about FTM transgender care, but she is 100% on board and supportive, and seems to really seem to want to get up to speed on everything for my best care. The small clinic felt more intimate rather than sitting in a huge lobby waiting with everyone else. My appointment was on time so I wasn't waiting a long time. One unexpectedly nice aspect was when I was done, I was just allowed to stay and rest after my blood draw, and I was free to go whenever. I didn't have to come by the front office to schedule my next appointment (I can do so from the app) or to pay anything (no copays.)I saw many of the 5-star reviews and wondered if there wasn't some "please rate us" incentive going on. I truly think that the service provided here is incentive enough to go and post a rating!“
“Clair Cloutier PA, best doc I've ever been to. Unfortunately she has moved on and is no longer at this clinic. I already know it will be impossible to find a new doc half as good. She will be missed and I wish her the best!!! Thank you Clair!!!“
“I've had such an incredibly positive time with Goodmed, Dr Sarah is an incredibly helpful and good doctor, and one of the most wonderful people I know. I'd happily give more than 5 stars if I could.“
“I don't go to the hospital often, but Swedish Hospital Ballard is a very good hospital. My family doctor, Michael Richter, is very nice and skilled. Every time I see him, he is always so professional, meticulous, friendly, and enthusiastic, which makes people feel very warm! He will let me know my condition in time. I am Chinese and know that my English is not good. He will take the initiative to arrange a Chinese translator to contact me by phone, and everything is arranged very well. I am very grateful to Dr. Michael, his assistants and team are also very good! I can't thank you enough!?????????“
“Sacred Root has been amazing to me and getting my health in order. I see the naturopath, Dr. Melanie Green, who listens, encourages you to lead in how you want to be catered too, and guides you with a team approach making you feel comfortable while knowing you have someone wanting the best for you. I, also, see Joshua Green for acupuncture and he is the best around! As someone who was scared of needles, I genuinely look forward to when I can come again to acupuncture. He is extremely knowledgeable, talented, and I know I am in good, safe hands.I recommend them to everyone and encourage everyone to give them a shot.“
“I would like to Thank everyone at Pacific Surgery Center. I just had my cataracts removed under the care of this wonderful place. They care for you like no other. They sit and spend time with you before during and after your surgery. They check on you after you get home too. Their care is top notch. There is so much to say great about the girls that check you in, to the nurses who prep you for surgery, to the nurse and anesthesiologists who are with you in the surgery room. Fantastic! Thank you everyone, from Dr. Linn to the admitting staff. A+++“
“Well, it was Franks day to soldier up and accept his CV19 vaccination. So I put on my fatigues , laced up the boots and put my kevlar helmet on and made my way to KAISER.Now I'm in the parking lot, take a deep breath and walked into the lobby. Greeted by a doctor and then I was told to check in which took a minute. The wonderful nurse informed me to go down the hallway for further directions. The new nurse showed me to a room or the injection room which I entered. 10 seconds later it was all over. Only thing left was to get my sticker and wait 15 minutes and then Adiós Amigo! The folks at KAISER have the system down and that's much appreciated not only for me but the nervous people all lined up.KAISER since taking over for Group Health have really stepped up the game for health care in Washington. I've been very satisfied with my health care over last several years. Thanks Kaiser!“
“Dr. Novey continues to provide exceptional care. His concern knowledge knowledge and wisdom and, far and away, his care, are unmatched in this area.“
“I injured my toe and needed it to be evaluated. As a first time patient I was quite pleased with my experience. Caitlin at the front desk was able to get me processed and seen before the rush. The medical staff and x-ray tech that treated me made my experience (minus the broken toe diagnosis) comfortable and pleasant. I will go back when I need to but hopefully no time soon! Thank you!“
“Quick response. Great support. Helped get my medication on order at the pharmacy without a lot of waiting.“
“I'm surprised to see a negative review for Pacifica and even more surprised by the context, which is the complete opposite of everything I've experienced in over 3 years of care with this team. They are ALWAYS available, whether by phone, video call, or in-person visits. I have seen all of the providers and can't say enough good things about each of them. The office staff has been fantastic - all calls and questions are answered, and the follow-up is thorough. I love the addition of dogs in the office - what a perfect buffer to an otherwise potentially anxiety-inducing experience. This is a very personal experience, unlike any other I have had in the past. I cannot recommend this practice enough - if you are lucky enough to grab a spot!“
“The acupuncture treatments I've received from Dr. Willet have been transformative. She listens to my concerns and does a wonderful job of explaining the various methodologies she uses in the treatment. She and the entire team at Rebel Med NW are fantastic.“
“My dentist was very nice and respectful. She listened and made sure i was comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next visits.“
“My family and I were patients here years ago and they were beyond 5 stars then. Deborah helped me with depression, anxiety and finding ways to cope.
I have returned back to Washington and it was one of my first phone calls to get back on their Membership program. They had GROWN! They opened a second location in Poulsbo!! Nothing had changed, they are still this locally owned primary care who taught me how to be healthy naturally. Supportive and I would even venture to say they love their patients. They take their time to research, talk, grow with you. Courtney has been amazing to us as well. Forever Grateful. Manette is still beyond 5 stars. Just an all around amazing group of humans.“
“Dr. Anderson is the first doctor that truly listened to me and sought to resolve the underlying reason for the symptoms I was having. She is actually treating the problems rather than putting a bandaid on the symptoms. I feel better now than I have in the past 20 years!“
“I like it here! the staff is friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and I have had zero issues.“
“I saw my GP today because over the last couple of months my lower back pain has gotten worse. I've been seeing my chiropractor once or twice a week, which helps for a while, but then I wake up unable to stand upright until I have a hot shower.
She listened to me, reviewed the ortho doctor's report from 2016 with me, then gave me the consults I needed to see what has changed. She did not mention my weight (although I did, since I have gained a little bit since my gastric bypass). She did not tell me this is just what happens when one gets older. She did not condescend in any way. I was in pain that was new and limiting how I live my life, so she worked with me to help me find out why.
She is thorough, warm, funny, and caring. Sometimes I have to wait for her to get to me at an appointment. I am happy to do so since I know she is giving the same attention and time to the patient before me.
If you can travel to Poulsbo, WA, and want to switch doctors, try Dr. Sally Fleischman at The Doctor's Clinic in Poulsbo.“
“Michael Slentz had been my PCP for 2.5 years.Plusses:1. He LISTENS to you and answers your questions - thus you want to take his advice. He takes as long as needed; or if you want a quick in-and-out, he's happy to oblige.2. The above saved my life in 2023 and I am forever grateful.3. Works with insurers, employers, etc. Gets their ridiculous paperwork done without complaint.4. A pleasure to visit even when talking about serious subjects that will affect your life forever.Minuses:a. MultiCare makes it hard to ask questions and schedule visits due to their multiple locations and centralized staff handling logistics---BUT the staff is so helpful and friendly that dropping by the front desk has always produced results.Verdict: If you can get him to take you as a patient, be thankful! Don't complain, the office has to be one of the best in North Central Kitsap“
“I had a positive covid test so I contacted the BI Rheumatology department since I am on immuno-suppressant medication. I sent a secure message via the patient portal and in less than 5 minutes my phone was ringing. I had an appointment to talk to the Rheumatology Pharmacist that afternoon via an online video session.
It was amazing to have that support and feel like they cared about me. She recommended I take Paxlovid because it would definitely help me feel better and she asked me to give her an update on how I was feeling the following week.
Thank you Virginia Mason. I always feel my doctors have been very caring.“
