Kelli is a fantastic hairdresser! I have slightly wavy hair which can be tricky to cut and I wanted a dramatic A-line bob. So happy to have a hairdresser with her skills on the island!
I moved to Bainbridge Island 2+ years ago and was still making trips back to my previous hometown to visit my hair stylist of 20+ years and couldn't imagine ever finding someone local to cut my hair... but I saw Kelli's name mentioned on the BI Facebook group, and then I read her Yelp reviews, and decided to visit her first for a consultation and soon after a cut. BEST decision!!!! Kelli is experienced. Kelli listens. If my old stylist reads this, please don't have hurt feelings... but I'm SO HAPPY with Kelli's haircuts. FELLOW CURLY GIRLS- I FOUND YOUR SALON!!! I have been to many salons in a lot of major cities over the years, and I was so happy to have found Kelli on BI. I have naturally curly hair and have had too many bad experiences to count. Lots of us seek out "curly hair specialists" (go Lorraine Massy and her Curly Girl Method!) and pay hundreds of dollars for a cut that is... well, not good to say the least. Kelli is BY FAR the best. No really, she is the best. I had to jump on here to give her my highest recommendation to ANYONE with natural curls. She'll dry cut it. YES, she will dry cut your curls which is again, hard to find.
