Island Aikido is a welcoming, friendly, and safe place that challenges learners to push themselves physically and mentally. I’ve met many wonderful people at the dojo. Sensei Chris Mills is a force of nature with a great sense of humor, compassion, and love for teaching and aikido. Since I started my training I’ve learned tons and grown as a person as well. I’m also in excellent physical shape!
