“I’d like to respond to the review by Andy. I am sorry her experience was negative. She says she dropped me two separate emails, but she never called or texted. These emails never reached me, they may have ended up in my junk mail folder, or because my account here at google was originated from an outside tech marketing vendor, I hired back when I first opened and they may have received these emails but because I no longer pay them to service this I assume they were not forwarded to me. Either way I never knew of her issues and was unable to resolve her concerns. Haircutting is first, an art and I have spent over 40 years working with thousands of clients to hone my skills. Of course on rare occasion someone is going to be unhappy and a phone call could have remedied her situation pronto. I have always stood behind my work, and each and every guest whether on their first visit or 40th are invited to call or text if they have any concerns. I do apologize to Andy that I disappointed her, and I hope she can forgive me for a cut that clearly did not bring her joy.“
