Generally easy to get an appointment here. The staff are all friendly and professional. They take good care of my dogs and do not try to pressure me into unnecessary tests or medication. They give me my options and let me decide.
Traveling from out of town for the holiday, and our youngest dog unexpectedly injured her dew claw. We were so nervous seeing her in pain and hoping it wasn’t something really serious. We stopped by Day Road after calling several vets who were closed for New Years. They were immediately so kind and courteous, the front staff was beyond helpful. Although fully booked, they were able to squeeze us in between appointments to make sure she could be seen before we were able to snag a vet appointment back home. Dr. Swaney was phenomenal! From how he interacted to our dog, to the care he took, and his expertise, we’re bummed we don’t live here to take her to him more regularly....read full review
So happy we found DRAH when we moved to BI. We've had several cats with complex conditions (mast cell tumors, lymphoma, hyperthyroid, ...), and each time the team at Day Road has provided exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate care. Highly recommended.
