Washington Motorcycle Safety Training (WMST) has been providing motorcycle endorsement training and testing for over a decade in WA. They offer courses for both two and three-wheel motorcycles. One student recently took the intermediate permit course with Jim as their instructor. The student had a fantastic experience, rating it higher than 5 stars if possible. Jim's teaching style in the classroom was engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely happy to share his expertise. During the riding instruction, it was pouring rain, but Jim remained enthusiastic, explaining everything clearly, and answering all questions patiently. The student, who admitted to being the least skilled rider in the course, felt equally capable as their classmates, thanks to Jim's supportive attitude. Another student attended the Beginner-Permit course, with William Niva as the instructor, assisted by Chuck Swesey. This student had limited prior experience and was impressed by the instructors' professionalism, knowledge, and teaching abilities. They effectively covered safety, physics, and riding techniques, ensuring all students understood the fundamental concepts. The instructors created a relaxed yet serious and professional learning environment, balancing teaching and practice. The student passed the test and will undoubtedly return for future courses, thanking the instructors for their engagement, passion, and fun approach. A different student took the permit and endorsement class with James Winston as their instructor, who made the classroom experience enjoyable with stories and a fun learning atmosphere. This student highly recommends scheduling any WMST class with James due to his excellent teaching skills.
