We absolutely loved Sue for our cat, Ollie. She is the best and Ollie always was happy staying on vacation with Sue! You can see her love for all her cats ! She had a fun play room as well to exercise and have one on one attention. We will surely miss her !! We just haven't found anyone out there like her! 5+stars

Okay, I'm honest, so I'll tell you right now I haven't used their services... yet. I was planning a trip to Kuai with my mother, and it was our first trip together. I have 4 cats, and I had no friends or family members who live close enough to help with my cat kids. Someone, I don't remember who, suggested I board them. Naturally, I'm horrified at such an idea, picturing stark cement floors. Looking through bars, you get the idea? Well, would you guess? The Cat's Meow is a block away! Crazy, right? Well, the first chance I get, I go check out their little website, that is Huge with pictures of the most awesome, cat-loving home you've ever seen! I was literally 'blown away '! If the pictures are accurate, my cats won't want to come home. They have colorful shelves, ramps, tube, hidy holes; everything you could think of for a cat who likes to climb around! Their website, which I don't know how to link to, is very informative with lots of pictures, but I tell you, to drive by, you'd never guess it. Oh, and I found the other 'amenities' they enjoy while they stay like, playtime, pettime, all the good stuff.
