Very good experience working with Nielsen Brothers recently. Have gotten all four bedrooms, office, and stairs recarpeted. Tom (sales) has been very helpful during the whole process answering my questions, giving advice on product, and allowing me to take my time bringing home large numbers of carpet samples to try out. He came out and accurately measured my rooms so I wasn't paying for extra carpet I didn't need. He scheduled my jobs in a timely manner and sent experienced installers he knew. Most importantly, I didn't experience pressure to purchase. Would highly recommend Nielsen Bros. to others!

Nielsen Bros in Auburn did all of our flooring in our new home. Not only did Brett Anderson take top notch care of us in the planning process, once the installation process began Val and his team were amazing! We had a few warranty issues that have been taken care of and we are very, very pleased. Out of ALL the third parties we have dealt with Nielsen Bros were the best. And I LOVE my floors!

They were willing to make the trip out to Hood Canal to measure and install new carpet. The install was done while we were not there, and when we saw it, informed them that the wrong carpet had been installed. Apparently it was a mistake in shipping the wrong carpet, so the manufacturer sent the right carpet and they redid the install on their/the manufacturers dime.Great service, nice and easy to work with, and we've been thrilled with the finished product.
