To my surprise, Danny, the owner said he could put acrylic on them to make them look beautiful. No salon has ever offered to do this for me even thought I have asked over the years if anything could be done. Tjen Cathy stepped in and gave me an incredible pedicure. My feet have not looked this beautiful in 2 decades! I know they are only feet, but I just wanted to cry because of what they did for me.“

Why I love her so much is because, I come in the nail shop wanting to do something crazy or cute on each and every nail. She takes her time and she is patient. I don’t feel like I am being rushed. I don’t feel like she hurries, but she works in a timely manner because she is confident. I can tell that she loves what she does, simply by how she does my nails during the process and how they turn out. She doesn’t have an attitude when I ask her to fix a nail, she just does it and does not question me that’s what I love. I think it’s important to feel comfortable with your nail technician to tell them what you want and what you don’t like. I hate that feeling when you’re working with someone that’s doing your nails and you’re too scared to tell them that you don’t like something because the nail technician might have an attitude. That just makes you feel uncomfortable and like you’re asking for too much and you’re really not. It’s not that your being picky, it because you want your nails done right, your paying good money for them, so why not have them flawless. You should want to feel comfortable with saying, “ Oh I don’t like this shape.” Or….“ can you fix this?” Or “ can you paint this side better?” She just does it with no attitude and I love that.
