From design to completion, working on our home renovation with Genessa and James (Massey Remodel + Design) has been a wonderful experience. We did a major project with Massey Remodel updating our kitchen, two bathrooms, hardwood floors and more. We had an excellent experience working with James and Genessa. They are professional, fun to work with and the communication was great. We knew, on a daily basis, the status of our project. Any concerns we raised were responded to quickly, taken seriously and addressed. In terms of design, Genessa was wonderful to work with - amazing ideas and really listened to what we were looking for. We could not be happier with the results and would ( and have!) recommend them highly.
After working with James and Genessa to remodel our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and replace all the flooring and paint in our house, we can't say enough good things about them!
They are personable and easy to work with. Honestly they feel like friends now. Which is exactly how you want it to be when investing in a large project like this.
They are communicative. They never failed to check in with us daily, and were always available to answer questions. I also never felt like we struggled with miscommunication. They were always clear and transparent in everything they did, and they consistently kept track of things that we ourselves had forgotten.
