“I had a super great appointment! She made me feel so comfortable, she was so nice to talk to. There were snacks, she ordered lunch for me , there was an iPad so I could watch anything I wanted. Jenny Rae explained everything as she went along, including the products that she recommended. All in all, it was a great experience! I'm very pleased and excited to have hair extensions. My sister has gone to her for years for eyebrow waxing, pedicures, haircuts, etc. I was in the market for a new stylist so I decided to give her a try. Booking an appointment was very easy. I was able to do it via email and Kathy worked around what was convenient for me. That was a first! Her in-home shop is very professional and clean. Before she started to wash or comb my hair Kathy and I had a long chat on what I wanted to do with my hair. Here is the best part...she actually LISTENED and DID what we talked about.
