Guardian roofing did a five star job installing our roof in 2014 and it was time to have some maintenance. Luis Escobar came out and power washed the roof and applied a moss proofing treatment. He repainted the vent pipes and cleaned the gutters and downspouts. He was careful covering our plants and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. Another five star job. Thank you Luis.
Guardian Roofing proved to be efficient, professional, and always informing me of the process. My roof was installed fast and the results far exceeded my expectations. Nathan was a very professional sales person, prepared and thorough and compassionate. He was able to expedite and facilitate timing that matched our needs. Eric and his team were the best in terms of having to create a lot of noise and coordinate a major cleanup. Again, professional, efficient and thorough, always keeping me updated on progress. ************************* did an excellent job prompt professional and clean up was very good. Only complaint was when the work was started I was informed I had two layers of roofing which I already knew and unless the repair was done the same it would dip additional cost of close to two thousand dollars. I would think upon initial inspection this would have been brought up? Other than that I was happy with the work.
