Had servicing done by them before so I called the sticker on my breaker panel when I needed to have a circuit breaker replaced and get a quote on rewiring my doorbell for October 3rd. After waiting a week I called the day of to confirm my appointment time window which was 12-5 and they confirmed. But they did not show up at all and no attempts to call me either. I work from home so I could not have missed them. Very poor experience seeing as how now I have to restart the process and wait potentially more weeks to find another electrician who will actually bother to show up. If you read the other reviews you'll see that I am not alone in experiencing them not responding. Don't bother wasting your time as you may end up waiting for them to just ghost you like they did to me

Rating isn't based on Garner Electric's work; they never responded to my requests for estimates. I sent an email in September and a comment form from their website early in December. No reply. I've given up and will be working with someone else.Also, someone should spell check their website.

Amazing. The tech that came out was fantastic, his name was Ahmed, he was polite, quick and totally professional. I appreciate the work he did,, it was done quickly yet neatly, very personable. If I could give him a raise I would. There is very few people who understand customer service, and can tell that they enjoy their job. He was one of the few. Thanks for coming out! You made my day with your polite and respectful demeanor.
